There is no rocky science behind the secret of losing weight. If you want results, you need to put in the hard work and have discipline to be consistent with it. That's how you achieve anything that's worth achieving. A lot of these programs out there are selling you the idea of getting result by doing easy work or no work at all, that's all B.S. Save your money, and just implement the most basic and effective way of losing weight. Are you ready?

st Step: Jog for at least 30 mins a day at whatever speed you are comfortable. Make sure you are slightly winded when you do.  If you can't jog, then walking is fine too, but make sure you do that for at least 30 mins.

nd Step: Strength training. You don't have to lift weights if you don't want to. Exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, burpees are great alternatives. Do them in sets. Choose the intensity and reps based on your current level of fitness. Don't push too hard if you are just starting out.

rd Step:   Eat right. There is no rocky science of it. Just eat more veggies fruits and lean meat. Of course, once a while give yourself a break by having a cheat day is totally fine, but make sure you get back on the horse after that.

th Step: Consistency! You need to find a way to keep yourself motivated by doing these exercises consistently and maintaining healthy diets. I know it's hard sometimes. That's where a lot of people fail. Don't be too hard on yourself if you find yourself not being consistent. Just notice that and start again.
